  - `tier` 'free' | 'pro' | 'studio' | 'max' | 'team', required
  - `meshAddon` boolean, required: PiperMesh add-on active, resolved from the license JWT's `meshAddon` claim.
  - `meshSlotCap` integer, required: Paired-device slot cap unlocked by the add-on (0 when absent).
  - `features` object, required
    - `canBurst` boolean, required: Burst jobs to PiperMesh Network as a buyer. No tier grants it; false until the Network launches. Readers treat an absent key as false.
    - `canProvide` boolean, required: Serve PiperMesh Network jobs as an enrolled provider. No tier grants it; false until the Network launches. Readers treat an absent key as false.
