# The durable review payload for one agent-touched file

`GET /v1/agent/touched/review`

## Request

The persisted review content for one touched `(path, runId)`: for a
content op (`write` / `edit` / `delete`) the captured pre/post snapshot
under `mutation` (the same field set the per-session stream's
`fileMutation` frames carry — `null` content with a false omitted flag
means genuinely absent on that side, a true flag means uncaptured and
the reviewer re-reads current bytes); for a `move` / `rename` the
`{from, to}` origin summary under `move` (`null` when the origin was
never captured). This is the review panel's content source: unlike the
per-session `GET /v1/agent/stream` ring it survives the ring rolling,
the 64-session LRU, and a ToolPiper restart. `{found: false}` for an
unknown or already-cleared touch — the reviewer falls back to a
current-bytes re-read.
