`POST /legacy/ollama/api/pull`

> **Deprecated.**

Fronts the first-party download machinery (visible in the UI and /v1/models/downloads). Resolution order: already installed → hf.co/owner/repo[:quant] → curated Ollama name → fixture-pinned 500. Never speaks Ollama's registry blob protocol. Progress streams as one synthetic layer with real byte counts; `"stream": false` long-polls the terminal state. A client disconnect stops the stream, not the download.
