# Create an additional key on the caller's own account

`POST /v1/keys`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://modelglass-api.vercel.app`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Self-service: adds another key to the caller's account at the same tier, subject to the tier's max-active-keys limit.

## Other responses

- `409`: Account is at its tier's max-active-keys limit (KEY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED).
- `429`: Over the plan's daily rate limit (RATE_LIMITED).
- `500`: Unexpected server error (INTERNAL).
