# Create Pronunciation Dictionary

`POST /pronunciation-dictionaries`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.moda.app/v1`

Create a dictionary with revision 1 (``201``).

``purpose: "client"`` is content-addressed by ``client_ref``: the same rules again answer
``200`` with ``revision.created: false``; different rules are ``409 conflict``.
