# Create Pronunciation Dictionary Revision

`POST /pronunciation-dictionaries/{dictionary_id}/revisions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.moda.app/v1`
- URL: `https://api.moda.app/v1/pronunciation-dictionaries/{dictionary_id}/revisions`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Publish the complete rule list as ``latest + 1`` (``201``).

Identical rules to the latest revision answer ``200`` with ``revision.created: false``;
a stale ``base_revision`` is ``409 dictionary_revision_conflict``.
