Ask Moda's built-in expert a product how-to question — free, grounded, cited.

Answers are generated from Moda's own teaching corpus and pass a
mechanical lint against the live tool/verb surface before they ship; when
a claim cannot be verified the answer degrades to a verbatim guide
excerpt. Never metered. Pass ``brand_kit_ref`` to ground styling advice in
one of your brand kits (opt-in per request — never inferred).

## Request body

- AskExpertRequest
  - `question` string, required: A Moda product how-to question, in plain language.
  - `context` string, nullable: Optional context: the failing command, error text, or what you are trying to build.
  - `session_id` string, nullable: Optional session id from a previous answer. Pass it to continue that conversation with context; omit it to start a new session (every response returns one).
  - `brand_kit_ref` string, nullable: Optional brand-kit reference (a bk_… id or UUID from GET /v1/brand-kits). Styling questions answer better with it: when present — and only then — the kit's palette, fonts, tone, and key imagery are injected as reference context so the advice is grounded in your brand. Never inferred: omitting it asks without any brand context. Requires the brand_kits:read scope.

- `401`: Authentication required.
- `402`: Insufficient credits for a metered operation.
- `403`: Permission denied for this scope.
- `404`: Resource not found.
- `409`: Conflict (idempotency / resource state).
- `422`: Request validation failed.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `500`: Internal error.
