# List ranked problems

`GET /api/v1/data/problems`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://moda.dev`
- URL: `https://moda.dev/api/v1/data/problems`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns the ranked cross-signal Problem Book with coverage and remainder metrics, read by the dashboard's own loader. Pages each partition (problems, untrusted) with offset and list_version.

- `sort` string
- `dir` 'desc' | 'asc'
- `cohort` string

## Response `200`

Successful response.

- object: Ranked problems, summary metrics, unexplained-signal coverage, next_offset and list_version.

## Other responses

- `401`: The x-api-key header is missing, invalid, or revoked.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
