# Submit agent feedback

`POST /api/v1/data/feedback`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://moda.dev`

- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Submits tenant-scoped feedback when a Data API result looks wrong, incomplete, or noisy.

## Request body

- object
  - `category` string, required: One of `bad_cluster_label`, `mismatched_frustration`, `missing_data`, `noisy_data`, `wrong_tool_failure`, `incorrect_loop`, `api_quirk`, `false_positive_attribution`, `misrouted_fix`, `harness_bug`, `other`. Any other value is stored as `other`, with the submitted value kept in `refs.raw_category`.
  - `severity` 'info' | 'low' | 'medium' | 'high'
  - `source` 'cli' | 'sdk' | 'ui'
  - `agent` string
  - `cli_version` string
  - `note` string
  - `refs` object
  - `command_context` object

## Response `202`

Feedback accepted for asynchronous storage.

  - `submitted_at` string, required

## Other responses

- `401`: The x-api-key header is missing, invalid, or revoked.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
