# List custom signal detections

`GET /api/v1/data/custom-signals/{id}/detections`

## Request

Returns conversations the judge matched against one custom signal in the window, newest first, with the reviewer label when one exists and an excerpt of the interaction around the anchor.

## Response `200`

Successful response.

- object: Matched detections for the signal plus pagination metadata.

## Other responses

- `401`: The x-api-key header is missing, invalid, or revoked.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
