# The item type catalog

`GET /item-types`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mockflow.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.mockflow.com/v1/item-types`
- Auth: none required

Every item type, generated from the component registry. No token needed. `readback` says what
a GET on an item of that type returns: `exact` (the same object the type was created with),
`unwrapped` (one wrapper removed), `text` (a string under the schema's key), `pointer` (an
S3 pointer and state), `parts` (drawn as many components, read through the structure) or
`none`.
