`GET /mockserver/chaosExperiment`

Returns the current experiment status including name, running status (running/completed/halted_by_auto_halt/stopped), current stage index, total stages, elapsed/remaining time, loop iteration count, and the full experiment definition. Returns null/empty when no experiment is or was recently active.
