`POST /v1/assets/{asset_id}/remap`

Override the automatic bone mapping.

The auto-mapper is right on standard rigs, but a bespoke skeleton with
unusual names will need a human. Corrections are marked ``manual`` with
full confidence so the UI stops flagging them.
