# Preview Room Invite

`POST /api/v1/rooms/join/preview`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://core.mnemoverse.com`
- URL: `https://core.mnemoverse.com/api/v1/rooms/join/preview`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Admin-Key`

Show only room identity and effective role to a verified code holder.

POST keeps the bearer invitation out of query strings. This does not redeem
it: no room content, membership writes, or invitation uses are involved.

## Request body

- JoinByCodeRequest
  - `code` string, required: One-time share code (starts with 'mnvr_').

## Response `200`

  - `room_id` string, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `scope` string, required
  - `already_member` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not found

- `500`: Internal server error
