# Stats

`GET /api/v1/memory/stats`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://core.mnemoverse.com`
- URL: `https://core.mnemoverse.com/api/v1/memory/stats`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Get memory statistics (atom counts, Hebbian edges, domains, etc.).

Vault secrets are not counted, and a domain that holds only secrets is not
listed.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- StatsResponseSchema: Memory statistics snapshot.
  - `total_atoms` integer, required: Total number of atoms. Vault secrets are not counted.
  - `episodes` integer, required: Count of episode-type atoms.
  - `prototypes` integer, required: Count of prototype atoms.
  - `singletons` integer, required: Count of singleton (protected) atoms.
  - `hebbian_edges` integer, required: Number of Hebbian concept-concept edges.
  - `episodic_fingerprints` integer, required: Number of stored episodic fingerprints.
  - `domains` string[], required: List of domain names present. A domain that holds only Vault secrets is not listed.
  - `avg_valence` number, required: Average valence across atoms, Vault secrets excluded.
  - `avg_importance` number, required: Average importance across atoms, Vault secrets excluded.
