# Export Memories

`GET /api/v1/memory/export`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://core.mnemoverse.com`
- URL: `https://core.mnemoverse.com/api/v1/memory/export`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Stream all memories for the calling org as JSONL.

Universal data portability: every user can take their memories with
them at any time, in every subscription state. Used to fulfill the
refund-policy promise that downgraded users have 30 days to export
before atom-limit grace expires.

- Auth: standard tenant API key (X-Api-Key)
- Format: newline-delimited JSON, one atom per line
- Streaming: server-side cursor, no in-memory buffering — works for
  Free (10K) through Team (5M) without OOM
- Embeddings excluded (large, model-specific, derivable from content)
- Vault secrets are included as rows with `atom_type: "secret"` and their
  context, never their value

Reads NEVER blocked guarantee applies — export works in active,
past_due, over_limit, suspended states.
