# List transactions

`GET /transactions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mnemom.ai/v1`
- URL: `https://api.mnemom.ai/v1/transactions`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Mnemom-Api-Key`

Returns a paginated list of one agent's guarded transactions. `agent_id` is required (`400` without it), and the caller must be a member of the org that owns the agent (`403` otherwise). Each transaction is annotated with a computed `status` field (`active` or `expired`) derived from `expires_at`.

## Query parameters

- `agent_id` string, required
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

## Response `200`

Paginated list of transactions

- object
  - `transactions` object[]
    - `id` string
    - `agent_id` string
    - `policy` object
    - `conscience_values` unknown[]
      - unknown
    - `expires_at` string, date-time
    - `created_at` string, date-time
    - `status` 'active' | 'expired': Computed from expires_at
  - `limit` integer
  - `offset` integer

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Forbidden
- `429`: Rate-limit exceeded. The global per-IP limiter (100 requests/minute, applied to every `/v1/*` route) rejected this request. Back off until the window resets — `Retry-After` carries the cooldown in seconds and `X-RateLimit-Reset` the absolute reset time.
- `500`: Server error — request was well-formed but the server failed to fulfill it. Typically a downstream dependency (DB / RPC / external API) returned an unexpected error.
