# Grant team-admin role to a user

`POST /teams/{team_id}/admins`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Mnemom-Api-Key`

Authorized: org_admin / org_owner. Authorization: `team_id` is resolved to its owning organization from the DB and the caller must be an owner/admin of that org (a team in an org the caller does not belong to returns the same 404 as a nonexistent team; a member with a lower role receives 403), and the target user must already be a member of the team's org, so no cross-tenant team can be administered and no other tenant's data is affected.

  - `user_id` string, uuid, required: UUID of the user to grant the team-admin role to (must be a member of the team's org).

## Response `201`

Grant created.

- TeamAdmin: Team-admin grant — allows a non-org-admin user to administer one team.
  - `user_id` string, uuid, required
  - `team_id` string, uuid, required
  - `granted_by` string, uuid, nullable
  - `granted_at` string, date-time, required
  - `revoked_at` string, date-time, nullable: When the grant was revoked. `null` on active grants.
  - `idempotent_noop` boolean: Present on grant and revoke responses. `true` when the request was a no-op (grant already active / already revoked).

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate-limit exceeded. The global per-IP limiter (100 requests/minute, applied to every `/v1/*` route) rejected this request. Back off until the window resets — `Retry-After` carries the cooldown in seconds and `X-RateLimit-Reset` the absolute reset time.
- `500`: Server error — request was well-formed but the server failed to fulfill it. Typically a downstream dependency (DB / RPC / external API) returned an unexpected error.
