# Export this org's Customer Voice feedback (GDPR)

`GET /orgs/{org_id}/customer-voice/export`

Exports every Aletheia Customer Voice feedback submission for this org, for GDPR data-portability requests (`customer-voice-privacy.mdx`). Paginates the SECURITY DEFINER `org_feedback_read` RPC (migration 405) internally so the export is never silently truncated at the RPC's per-call page cap; if an extreme call-count safety valve is ever hit, the response says so explicitly via `truncated`/`cap` rather than dropping rows quietly. `owner`, `admin`, and `auditor` roles only. Every export is recorded to the governance audit trail.

  - `truncated` boolean: Present and `true` only if the internal pagination safety valve was hit before reaching the true tail of the org's submissions. Absent otherwise.
  - `cap` integer: Present alongside `truncated: true` — the row ceiling that was hit.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate-limit exceeded. The global per-IP limiter (100 requests/minute, applied to every `/v1/*` route) rejected this request. Back off until the window resets — `Retry-After` carries the cooldown in seconds and `X-RateLimit-Reset` the absolute reset time.
- `500`: Server error — request was well-formed but the server failed to fulfill it. Typically a downstream dependency (DB / RPC / external API) returned an unexpected error.
