# Erase all this org's Customer Voice feedback (GDPR)

## Request

Bulk-erases every Aletheia Customer Voice feedback submission for this org via the SECURITY DEFINER `org_feedback_erase` RPC (migration 465), which deletes the org's `feedback_dispatch_overrides` rows first (unblocking their `ON DELETE RESTRICT` FK, MNE-2055) before deleting `feedback_submissions` (cascading to context bundle / attachments / triage / work items / resolutions / acknowledgements). Scoped strictly to `org_id` — an org can never erase another org's feedback. `owner`/`admin` only. Idempotent: a repeat call returns `deleted: 0`. Every erasure is recorded to the governance audit trail.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate-limit exceeded. The global per-IP limiter (100 requests/minute, applied to every `/v1/*` route) rejected this request. Back off until the window resets — `Retry-After` carries the cooldown in seconds and `X-RateLimit-Reset` the absolute reset time.
- `500`: Server error — request was well-formed but the server failed to fulfill it. Typically a downstream dependency (DB / RPC / external API) returned an unexpected error.
