# Erase one Customer Voice feedback submission (GDPR)

`DELETE /orgs/{org_id}/customer-voice/{submission_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mnemom.ai/v1`
- URL: `https://api.mnemom.ai/v1/orgs/{org_id}/customer-voice/{submission_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Erases a single Aletheia Customer Voice feedback submission via the same SECURITY DEFINER `org_feedback_erase` RPC (migration 465) as the bulk-delete route, with `p_submission_id` set — one code path, one isolation guarantee. A `submission_id` that doesn't exist, or that belongs to another org, returns a non-disclosing `404` (indistinguishable from the caller's point of view, mirroring the feedback-acknowledgement endpoint) with zero rows touched. `owner`/`admin` only. Every erasure is recorded to the governance audit trail.

## Path parameters

- `org_id` string, required
- `submission_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Erasure receipt for the one deleted submission.

- object
  - `deleted` 1, required
  - `submission_id` string, uuid, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate-limit exceeded. The global per-IP limiter (100 requests/minute, applied to every `/v1/*` route) rejected this request. Back off until the window resets — `Retry-After` carries the cooldown in seconds and `X-RateLimit-Reset` the absolute reset time.
- `500`: Server error — request was well-formed but the server failed to fulfill it. Typically a downstream dependency (DB / RPC / external API) returned an unexpected error.
