# List an org's active OAuth grants (connected apps / sessions)

`GET /oauth/grants`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mnemom.ai/v1`
- URL: `https://api.mnemom.ai/v1/oauth/grants`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Mnemom-Api-Key`
  - API key in cookie `mnemom_session`

Lists the live OAuth grants (unrevoked, refresh-token-unexpired) issued against an org — the owner-facing 'Connected apps / active sessions' view. Returns only non-secret metadata: client, scopes (including per-agent resource scopes), issued/expiry times, and a best-effort last-used stamp — never any token material or hash. Caller must be an owner or admin of `org_id`. Optionally filter to grants connected to a specific agent with `agent_id`.

## Response `200`

The org's live grants.

    - `user_id` string: The consenting user.
    - `org_id` string: The org the grant acts within (immutable post-issuance).
    - `scopes` string[]

    - `access_expires_at` string, date-time
    - `refresh_expires_at` string, date-time
    - `last_used_at` string, date-time, nullable: Best-effort last-seen stamp; null if not yet observed.
  - `org_id` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate-limit exceeded. The global per-IP limiter (100 requests/minute, applied to every `/v1/*` route) rejected this request. Back off until the window resets — `Retry-After` carries the cooldown in seconds and `X-RateLimit-Reset` the absolute reset time.
- `500`: Server error — request was well-formed but the server failed to fulfill it. Typically a downstream dependency (DB / RPC / external API) returned an unexpected error.
