# Is Mnemom Agent enabled for this organization?

`GET /code/entitlement`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mnemom.ai/v1`
- URL: `https://api.mnemom.ai/v1/code/entitlement`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Mnemom-Api-Key`
  - API key in cookie `mnemom_session`

The `mnemom agent` feature gate. Enabled when the caller's email is in the internal cohort (`@mnemom.ai`), the caller is Mnemom staff, or the org (or the caller's own account) holds a `product_access_grant` for product `code` — typically from a redeemed Code invitation (`POST /v1/invites/accept`). `org_id` targets a specific org the caller belongs to; omitted, the caller's primary org is used. A non-member of `org_id` is 403 (`forbidden`); an org without access is 403 `code_not_enabled` with a machine-readable hint the CLI prints.

## Query parameters

- `org_id` string

## Response `200`

Mnemom Agent is enabled for the org.

- object
  - `org_id` string, required
  - `enabled` true, required
  - `source` 'internal_cohort' | 'staff' | 'invitation', required: Why access is enabled: internal cohort (@mnemom.ai email), platform staff, or a product-access grant (redeemed invitation / staff-granted).
  - `remote_control` boolean, required: May this caller use Remote Control (a session steerable from claude.ai and the Claude app)? True only for the internal cohort and platform staff; invited customers run terminal-only. The CLI reads this to gate its `--remote-control`/`--server` shapes and the auto-upgrade.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Not a member of `org_id` (`forbidden`), or Mnemom Agent is not enabled for the org (`code_not_enabled`, with `details.org_id` and `details.hint`).
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate-limit exceeded. The global per-IP limiter (100 requests/minute, applied to every `/v1/*` route) rejected this request. Back off until the window resets — `Retry-After` carries the cooldown in seconds and `X-RateLimit-Reset` the absolute reset time.
- `500`: Server error — request was well-formed but the server failed to fulfill it. Typically a downstream dependency (DB / RPC / external API) returned an unexpected error.
- `503`: An upstream dependency is currently unavailable. The request was not processed; retry after the cooldown window.
