`GET /playstore/apks/{package_name}/{version_id}`

Get metadata and, when permitted, download links for an Android app version's files.

Your API key's account needs playstore.apps access for metadata and playstore.apks for download links; without the latter, download_link is null. Missing files and link-generation failures return HTTP 200 with a top-level error.

Required permissions for your API key's user: `playstore.apps`.

  - `version_id` string: App version code echoed as the path string.
  - `error` string, nullable: Error raised while trying to generate a signed URL.
  - `version_string` string, nullable: Version of the APK.
  - `major_version_number` integer, nullable: Major version number of the APK.
  - `release_date` string, nullable: Official release date of the APK.
  - `changes_html` string, nullable: Release notes which accompanied this release of the APK.
  - `namespace_count` integer, nullable: Total number of namespaces in the APK.
  - `permission_count` integer, nullable: Total number of permissions declared in the APK.
  - `splits` object[], nullable: Files for this version, including APK packages and OBB expansion files.
    - `name` string, nullable: APK split name.
    - `file_type` integer, nullable: Type of the APK split.
    - `file_extension` string, nullable: file extension for the split (Non Exaustive examples: apk, obb)
    - `byte_size` integer, nullable: Size of the APK split in bytes.
    - `downloaded_at` string, nullable: Timestamp serialized as text, including time when available.
    - `last_modified` string, nullable: Timestamp serialized as text, including time when available.
    - `md5` string, nullable: MD5 hash of the APK split.
    - `sha256` string, nullable: SHA-256 hash of the APK split.
    - `sha1` string, nullable: SHA-1 hash of the APK split.
    - `namespace_count` integer, nullable: Total number of namespaces in the APK.
    - `permission_count` integer, nullable: Total number of permissions declared in the APK.
    - `download_link` string, nullable: Signed APK split URL with a requested 10-day expiry; null without download access.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid version code or request parameters.
- `403`: Invalid key or insufficient endpoint permissions.
- `404`: No matching object or results.
- `408`: The database query timed out.
- `429`: Concurrent request limit exceeded.
- `500`: Internal API error.
