# Delete Upload

`DELETE /v1/buckets/{bucket_identifier}/uploads/{upload_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mixpeek.com`
- URL: `https://api.mixpeek.com/v1/buckets/{bucket_identifier}/uploads/{upload_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer and API key in header `X-Namespace`

Cancel an upload and optionally delete the S3 object.

    Cannot cancel uploads with status COMPLETED.
    Can cancel uploads with status: PENDING, IN_PROGRESS, FAILED.

## Path parameters

- `bucket_identifier` string, required: The unique identifier of the bucket
- `upload_id` string, required: The unique identifier of the upload

## Query parameters

- `delete_s3_object` boolean: Whether to delete the S3 object

## Response `204`
