`GET /v2/audio/voices`

List voices, cursor-paginated

## Query parameters

- `page_size` integer: Maximum number of voices to return
- `page_token` string, nullable: Cursor returned as next_page_token by the previous page
- `type` 'all' | 'custom' | 'preset': Filter the voices between customs and presets
- `gender` VoiceGender[], nullable: Keep voices matching any of these genders
- `language` string[], nullable: Keep voices supporting any of these languages
- `query` string, nullable: Case-insensitive match on voice name
