Pure Postgres over subscription_events, so unlike the cohort charts this needs
no snapshot: it is a grouped read of a few thousand rows on an indexed column,
not a scan of a year of analytics events.

Replaces MRR as the headline for subscription-heavy workspaces. MRR smooths an
annual plan into twelve equal slices, which hides the thing an annual-majority
business most needs to see: on Parrot, 3,015 subscriptions fall due in one
month and a smooth line shows no cliff there at all.
