`GET /api/v1/customers/outreach/{outreach_id}/content`

Full contents of one sent email, fetched lazily when a row is expanded.

The list endpoint only carries content_preview (the outreach row's truncated
copy). The full body lives on the owning draft; direct sends without a draft
fall back to the preview (is_full=False so the UI can say so).
