- ApplicationSummaryResponse: Response containing a list of application summaries.
  - `paging` Paging: Pagination metadata for a paginated response.

    - `totalRecords` integer: The total number of records available.
  - `applications` ApplicationSummary[]: List of application summaries matching the requested criteria.
    - `applicationId` string, uuid: The unique reference used to identify the application.
    - `laaReference` string: The LAA reference number of the application.
    - `status` string: The current overall status of the application decision.
    - `submittedAt` string, date-time: The date and time the application was submitted (in UTC).
    - `clientFirstName` string: The client first name.
    - `clientLastName` string: The client last name.
    - `matterType` string: The matter type of the application.
    - `officeCode` string: The provider's office code.
