- ApplicationResponse: Details of a single civil application.
  - `applicationId` string, uuid: The unique reference used to identify the application.
  - `laaReference` string: The LAA reference number of the application.
  - `status` string: The current overall status of the application decision.
  - `submittedAt` string, date-time: The date and time the application was submitted (in UTC).
  - `clientFirstName` string: The client first name.
  - `clientLastName` string: The client last name.
  - `officeCode` string: The provider's office code.
  - `isLead` boolean: Whether this application is the lead case.
  - `linkedApplications` LinkedApplicationSummary[]: Applications linked to this one.
    - `applicationId` string, uuid: The unique reference of the linked application.
    - `laaReference` string: The LAA reference of the linked application.
    - `isLead` boolean: Whether the linked application is the lead case.
    - `clientFirstName` string: The client first name on the linked application.
    - `clientLastName` string: The client last name on the linked application.
  - `priorAuthorities` PriorAuthoritySummary[]: Prior-authority requests attached to the application.
    - `priorAuthorityId` string, uuid: Identifier of the prior-authority request.
    - `priorAuthorityType` 'EXPERT' | 'COUNSEL' | 'DISBURSEMENT': The category of prior authority requested.
    - `status` 'DRAFT' | 'SUBMITTED' | 'DECIDED': Lifecycle status of the prior-authority request.
    - `decision` 'GRANTED' | 'REFUSED', nullable: Decision on the request, if decided.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time: The date and time the prior-authority request was created (in UTC).
