    - `bytes` integer: File size in bytes
    - `created_at` integer: Unix timestamp of file creation
    - `filename` string: Original filename
    - `purpose` 'fine-tune' | 'assistants' | 'batch' | 'vision': Purpose of the file
    - `status` 'uploaded' | 'processing' | 'processed' | 'error': File processing status
