# Get Partner Token

`GET /v1/esign/partner/authentication`

## Request

- Auth: none declared. Required headers: `client-id`, `pass-key`

Fetch the partner token needed to call any IAB Backend APIs.
The token is generated based on the Client ID and Pass Key provided during onboarding and will be valid for a limited time period.

- `client-id` string, uuid, required
- `pass-key` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful token generation

- PartnerTokenSuccessResponse
  - `success` boolean
  - `data` PartnerTokenData
    - `token` string: IAB partner token generated for the session
    - `expiry_seconds` string: Time period in seconds for which the generated token will be valid (default 1800 = 30 minutes)
    - `expires_at` string: Timestamp indicating when the token will expire (in seconds since epoch)

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing request headers
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid credentials
- `500`: Internal Server Error - An unexpected error occurred on the server
