# Opens a new browser page and navigates to a specified URL.

`POST /openPage`

This function is the entry point for most web scraping tasks. It initializes a new browser instance, creates a page, and navigates to the provided URL. The function allows customization of viewport dimensions, headless mode, and local execution settings.

## Request body

- object
  - `body` object — Body of the openPage sls call
    - `arguments` object, required — Configuration options for opening a new page
      - `url` string, required — The URL to navigate to
      - `defaultViewport` object — Viewport dimensions
        - `width` integer, required — The width of the viewport in pixels
        - `height` integer, required — The height of the viewport in pixels
      - `headless` boolean — Whether to run in headless mode
      - `isLocal` boolean — Set to true when running on your local machine
    - `constructor` 'PuppeteerSLS' — Name of the constructor to use.

## Response `200`

Successfully opened page and navigated to URL
