`GET /oembed`

Turns one of our page URLs (an encyclopedia entry, a track, an artist, an album) into an embeddable card, per the oEmbed spec. Platforms that support oEmbed discovery (WordPress, Discord, Notion, Ghost, Discourse…) call this on their own when a link is pasted.
