Locate FunnelFox transactions for a card without the full PAN. `first6` is matched as a prefix against the stored BIN and `last4` as a suffix against the stored card tail, so any number of digits (1..6 / 1..4) narrows the search. At least one of `first6` / `last4` is required. Results are newest-first and paginated.
