`GET /api/v1/fixtures`

Fetch the index of captured live request/response fixtures (which surfaces carry a sanitized sample). Fetch one with GET /api/v1/fixtures/{surface_id}, get_fixture, or GET /metagraph/fixtures/{surface_id}.json.
