# GET /api/v1/domains

`GET /api/v1/domains`

## Request

Fetch the per-domain rollup overview: every domain/capability tag in the existing 14-tag taxonomy, each with its member subnet count, total stake, total emission share (a sum of legacy artifact-normalized moving-price shares), and within-domain emission concentration. Computed live from the subnets index + economics tier (no static file). The aggregation layer over the existing ?domain= filter on /api/v1/subnets. Artifact-normalized moving-price share: alpha_price_tao divided by the sum of reported alpha prices, including Root when Root reports a price. Legacy snapshot rows do not retain the historical runtime eligibility inputs needed to certify v440 Stage 1. This is neither a verified runtime Stage-1 share nor final TAO emission. For the separately reconstructed, pinned live pipeline, use /api/v1/chain/emission-pipeline and inspect verification.verified.

The economics tier carries a price for every subnet, so a member without one is a data defect and is excluded from the total.
