# Policy rate and next decision per currency

`GET /rest/api/v1/projects/{projectId}/economicCalendar/rateOutlook`

The current rate comes from the last released decision in our own archive, so every major currency is covered; for EUR the ECB open data value overrides it. Without the currencies parameter all eight majors are returned.

  - `centralBank` string: Name of the central bank
  - `currencyCode` string: Currency the central bank issues
  - `currentRate` number, double: Policy rate in percent
  - `currentRateAsOf` string, date-time: When that rate was published
  - `expectedChange` number, double: Expected change in percentage points, negative means a cut
  - `nextEventId` string: Id of the next scheduled rate decision
  - `nextEventTimeUtc` string, date-time: When the next decision is released
  - `nextEventTitle` string: Title of the next scheduled rate decision
  - `nextForecast` number, double: Market forecast for the next decision, in percent
  - `previousRate` number, double: Policy rate before the last decision, in percent
  - `source` string: Where the current rate came from: ecb or calendar
