Return an automagic dashboard for the record of the model indexed by `model-index-id` whose primary key is
  `pk-id`. The record's value, used in the title, is read through the QP as the requesting user (never from
  `model_index_value`, which is not permission-checked); a `pk-id` they cannot resolve yields a dashboard titled
  by the pk, with no matching rows, rather than a 404.
