# Message information

`GET /v3/mlog/id`

## Request

Retrieves the information and status of a single message by its ID, regardless of the delivery channel (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, or RCS).

## Query parameters

- `id` string, required
- `pretty` boolean

## Response `200`

Message information retrieved successfully

  - `meta` MetadataDTO
    - `timestamp` integer, required: Transaction's date in timestamp
    - `transactionId` string, required: Id for the current transaction (Endpoint's call)
    - `explain` string: Explain string in case of failure

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `500`: Internal Server Error
