# Get Changes

`GET /api/v1/projects/{project_id}/changes`

What changed in a run against the run before it -- the latest
finished run unless `run_id` is given. `runs` lists the runs a record
can be shown for.

With `against`, the two runs are compared directly and the result is
computed now rather than read: the stored record always compares a run
with the one before it, which is the wrong question once a run in
between was degraded or re-baselined. Nothing is stored.
