`PATCH /ci/{owner}/repositories/{repository}/quarantines/{quarantine_id}`

Update the fields sent of a quarantined test; the others keep their value.

## Path parameters

- `quarantine_id` string, uuid, required
- `repository` string, required: The name of the repository
- `owner` string, required: The owner of the repository

## Request body

- UpdateQuarantinePayload: Only the fields sent are updated; the others keep their value.
  - `issue_url` string, nullable: Link to where the fix of the test is tracked, such as an issue in your issue tracker. Must be an `http` or `https` URL. `null` removes the link.

## Response `204`

No content
