# List Collection Accounts

`GET /billing/accounts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.meow.com/v1`

Returns the collection accounts you can use to collect invoice payments. Only open, unlocked accounts are returned, with your primary account first.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- BillingAccounts: List of billing accounts available for invoice collection. Accounts are sorted with primary accounts first, then by display name.
  - `accounts` BillingAccount[], required: List of available collection accounts for invoices.
    - `id` string, uuid, required: The account ID to use as `collection_account_id` when creating invoices.
    - `display_name` string, required: The display name of the account.
    - `account_number_mask` string, required: Masked account number showing only the last 4 digits.
    - `status` string, required: The status of the account.
    - `is_primary` boolean, required: Whether the entity designated this as its primary operational account. Every account can be false: nothing requires a primary, and Cross River Bank accounts never carry the designation.
    - `banking_product` string, required: The bank this account is held at.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request could not be processed.
- `401`: Authentication failed.
- `403`: The API key is not authorized for this operation, or the user of a global API key is an admin or controller without approved KYC. The KYC case returns the message `KYC is required for controllers and admins.` until that user completes KYC in the Meow dashboard.
- `429`: Too many requests.
