Handle inbound emails via SendGrid Inbound Parse.

With send_raw=true, the full MIME message arrives in the ``email`` form
field. With send_raw=false, SendGrid pre-parses it into ``text``, ``html``,
``headers``, etc. We handle both by preferring the raw email when present.
