# Agents dashboard — outcome KPIs, trend, agent leaderboard, recent offers across all agent channels (email/text/whatsapp/phone); filterable by channel and agent

`GET /v3/conversation-analysis/dashboard`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mentium.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mentium.io/v3/conversation-analysis/dashboard`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

## Query parameters

- `channels` string[], nullable: Channels to aggregate. Omit for all agent channels (email + text + whatsapp + phone).
- `agent_ids` string[], nullable: Scope to interactions handled by these AI agents. Omit for all agents.
- `period_days` integer, nullable: Window size in days. KPIs/last-offers come from the trailing window; deltas come from the prior window of the same length. Mutually exclusive with start_datetime + end_datetime_exclusive. Omit all window params to default to 30 days.
- `start_datetime` string, date-time, nullable: Inclusive window start (timezone-aware ISO-8601). Requires end_datetime_exclusive; mutually exclusive with period_days.
- `end_datetime_exclusive` string, date-time, nullable: Exclusive window end (timezone-aware ISO-8601). Requires start_datetime; mutually exclusive with period_days.
