# Save agent to catalog

`POST /v3/ai-agents/{agent_id}/save-to-catalog`

## Request

Save an existing agent's configuration as a global catalog template. Super admin only.

## Request body

- SaveAgentToCatalogRequest: Request body for saving an existing agent to the catalog.
  - `name` string, nullable: Override the agent's name in the catalog entry
  - `description` string, nullable: Override the agent's description
  - `is_published` boolean: Whether the entry is immediately visible

## Response `201`

- AgentCatalogEntryResponse: Response schema for a single catalog entry. Mirrors AIAgentResponse for draft handling: has_draft + draft expose any unpublished changes so the same lifecycle adapter can drive both flows.
