# Get Carrier Compliance

`GET /v2/tms/carriers/{external_reference_id}/compliance`

Live MyCarrierPackets compliance for this carrier's DOT through the organization's own connection, briefly cached (ENG-2461).

Successful Response

- CarrierComplianceResponse: The Compliance tab: whether the organization has MyCarrierPackets, and its live snapshot for the carrier's DOT (ENG-2461).
  - `is_connected` boolean, required: False when the organization has no MyCarrierPackets connection
  - `mcp_compliance` MCPComplianceSnapshotSchema: MyCarrierPackets compliance snapshot, read live when the Compliance tab opens.
    - `status` string, nullable: Carrier status from MCP
    - `is_monitored` boolean, nullable: Whether carrier is monitored in MCP
    - `is_blocked` boolean, nullable: Whether carrier is blocked in MCP
    - `packet_completed_date` string, nullable: Date packet was completed
    - `risk_overall` string, nullable: Overall risk assessment level
    - `risk_assessment_details` string, nullable: JSON string of risk category details
    - `enriched_at` string, nullable: ISO timestamp when compliance data was last fetched
    - `address` string, nullable: JSON string of carrier basic address (legal name, dba, street, city, state, zip, phone, email)
    - `contacts` string, nullable: JSON string of MCP carrier contacts (authorized for packets or verified)
