`GET /v2/tms/booking-board`

## Request

Prioritized Book Now board for the caller's organization (ENG-2284).

Recommendations are precomputed by the vortex refresh; this is a read. Group
counts always reflect the currently-applied filters (but never the action
filter — the tabs always show the full picture).

## Query parameters

- `integration_connection_id` string, required: TMS integration connection UUID
- `action` 'BOOK_TODAY' | 'WAIT_UNTIL_TOMORROW' | 'CAN_WAIT'
- `filters_json` string, nullable: JSON array of dynamic filters, same shape/mechanism as /v2/tms/loads: [{"field": "equipment_type", "operator": "EQUALS", "value": "DRY_VAN"}]. Supports Load-column filters (equipment_type, origin/destination, customer_id, sales_rep, dates, external_reference_id, offer_status, ...), the booking-specific "confidence" field, and customer_historical_profitable/lane_historical_profitable.
