# List Voices

`GET /v2/phone-numbers/voices`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mentium.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mentium.io/v2/phone-numbers/voices`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List available ElevenLabs voices for phone agents.

Uses AuthenticateUser (no workspace required) — returns global ElevenLabs
metadata, also needed by the admin catalog editor.

## Query parameters

- `include_shared` boolean: Include shared/community voices from ElevenLabs Voice Library. Set to false for agent creation (shared voices cause voice_not_found).

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ListVoicesResponse: Response with available ElevenLabs voices
  - `voices` ElevenLabsVoice[], required
    - `voice_id` string, required: ElevenLabs voice ID
    - `name` string, required: Voice name
    - `category` string, nullable: Voice category (e.g., premade, cloned)
    - `description` string, nullable: Voice description
    - `preview_url` string, nullable: URL to preview the voice
    - `labels` object, nullable: Voice labels/tags

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
