# Get Voice Settings

`GET /v2/phone-numbers/voices/{voice_id}/settings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mentium.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Get default TTS settings for a specific ElevenLabs voice.

Uses AuthenticateUser (no workspace required) — global metadata endpoint.

## Path parameters

- `voice_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- GetVoiceSettingsResponse: Response containing voice settings and source metadata.
  - `voice_id` string, required
  - `settings` ElevenLabsVoiceSettings, required: Voice settings fetched from ElevenLabs for a specific voice.
    - `model_id` 'flash' | 'multilingual' | 'v3_conversational': TTS model family used by ElevenLabs conversational TTS.
    - `expressive_mode` boolean, nullable: Only used by v3_conversational TTS model family.
    - `stability` number, nullable
    - `similarity_boost` number, nullable
    - `speed` number, nullable
  - `source` 'voice' | 'workspace_default', required
